On the Eve of Their Grammy Nomination Josh Todd & Buckcherry are headed to court!

February 5, 2007 -- JOSH TODD & TODD MEAGHER are former friends and affiliates. They are also on the opposing side of a serious lawsuit that names JOSHUA LEROY TODD (pka JOSH TODD) and his band BUCKCHERRY.

However the suit does not stop there. This lawsuit is gonna be one "Crazy Bitch" to sort out in court as it also involves UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP INTERNATIONAL, WARNER MUSIC GROUP CORPORATION, WARNER CHAPPELL MUSIC, INC., ATLANTIC RECORDING CORPORATION, BUCKCHERRY WORLWIDE LLC, KOVAC MEDIA GROUP d/b/a/ ELEVEN SEVEN MUSIC & 10th STREET ENTERTAINMENT, THE KIRBY ORGANIZATION, INTERACTIVE MARKETING AND DESIGN, INC., d/b/a swagrox.com  & upwards of a dozen other individuals.

The suit was originally filed on September 24th 2004, but has been amended as of late January 2007.  Public records listed at the Superior Court of the state of California County of Los Angeles will show this as Case.: #BC322066
