Boutique welcomes the first high tech Corp Executive Hotel in Dubai

Miami Beach, FL -- May 18, 2007 -- Boutique Hotels & Resorts International® - the global alliance of genuine boutique hotels and resorts - has awarded Emerald Collection membership to the recently opened, high tech Corp Executive Hotel in the Al Barsha district of booming Dubai.
