An environmental professional with more than two decades of consulting and project management experience, Wolf's primary focus will be strengthening the company's Mid-Atlantic and national footprint in environmental due diligence (Phase I / II ESAs and Property Condition Assessments), voluntary cleanup program projects and related studies.

Wolf was previously the Environmental Division Manager for ATC Associates' Columbia, MD, office. Wolf currently serves on the ASTM Environmental Assessment Standards Committee and has been actively involved with the Task Group responsible for the current Phase I ESA Standard E1527-05 and the upcoming revised standard.
