LENEXA, KANSAS (February 26, 2008) -- AGES-online has just released an all new Video tutorial. It is a very easy, sophisticated way to learn how to use the AGES-online service to its full capacity. The tutorial was created through a partnership with ATOM Interactive, a new Media and Design company.
The tutorial combines a visual “how-to” video with audio description from “Alex”. Simply use your mouse to point-and-click on the specific topic, then, sit back, watch and learn. It can be accessed from the AGES-online home page by anyone “passing by” as well as by subscribers by just clicking on “Help” located in the help guide or on the help icon located on the pop-up pages.
“We are striving to make AGES-online the premiere Heritage manager on the internet,” said Ken Aubuchon, Chief Executive Officer. “Our Service is very intuitive, but we want to make sure that our subscribers are able to utilize the full potential of our service.”
What makes this tutorial different from all others is its complete ease of use and closed caption for the hearing impaired. The individual no longer has to strain their eyes reading through complicated help screens just to figure out how to use a tool as with many of the AGES-online competitors. Now just listen and watch. Save your eyes for your research.
“Not many of our competitors are using the true power of the technology available,” said Ken Aubuchon. “We are striving to be the technological leader in the Genealogy industry. The technology can be used to make the lives of the amateur and professional genealogist so easy, that they can concentrate on what is truly important, the research itself.”
