Adam received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the University of San Diego School of Law and received his bachelor's degree in economics in 1990 from the University of Michigan. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and the Nevada State Bar in 1999. Adam's practice areas include the representation of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. In addition, he also has experience in litigating matters involving bodily injuries, business disputes, insurance, professional liability and real estate litigation.
The CLM Annual Conference, held March 28-30 in San Diego, will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2012.
