PrimeHoldings.com, Inc. Letter to Shareholders, Potential Investors, & Interested Parties Informing of $1.6 Million in Debt Retirement and Company Restructuring

SALT LAKE CITY -- May 1, 2007 -- PrimeHoldings.Com, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PMGJ - News ), a diversified holding company with early mover initiatives in telecommunications and other strategic industries, today released an online letter to shareholders, potential investors & all other interested parties, updating them on the restructuring and major events of the company during the past eighteen months. Chief among the accomplishments was the retirement of more than $1.6 million in company debts and liabilities.
 
In the letter, CEO Thomas Aliprandi stated, "Included in the restructuring was the review and retirement of two subsidiary companies that were not showing the growth originally anticipated: Shoot-the-Hoop and Busboy. We also acquired Mindpix, Inc. and completely restructured our Telecom Group: New Century Telecom has replaced our earlier company, Target Communications."
