THIS YEAR’S 2007 PERFORMERS

PENINSULA BANJO BAND
This band has performed at thousands of gatherings – including music shows, “Bay Area Back Roads” TV, parties, concerts and civic events.

Recently the band opened at local appearances by the Count Basie Orchestra, New Orleans Preservation Hall Society Jazz Band and Major League Baseball’s 2007  opening day celebration at Moscone Center in San Francisco.

TOKYO BANJO STOMPERS
This outstanding professional group is coming from Tokyo, Japan. They rocked the house last year with one standing ovation after another.

BILL LOWREY– PROFESSIONAL SOLOIST
This gifted SF Bay Area professional plectrum banjo musician has been wowing audiences for years with his amazing playing abilities.

CHARLIE’S TRIO
Charlie – Is an inductee in the Guthrie, Oklahoma National Banjo Hall of Fame and one of the best tenor banjo players & entertainers you will ever hear.

KURT ABELL – SOLOIST
This amazing banjo entertainer performs at jazz festivals worldwide.

SACRAMENTO BANJO BAND
A well known band from California’s capital.

EAST BAY BANJO BAND
This “River Queen” float band recently entertained at a jazz festival in the far away Czech Republic.

WINELAND BANJO BAND
A new band but very entertaining.

HAPPY TIME BANJOS
This group has always been a favorite with its unique arrangements & rhythms.
